Have you heard about the healing benefits of bone broth? I found this article from Westin A. Price Foundation very informative. It makes sense why bone broth can help stomach disorders. This guide will help you get started making bone broth. It is very easy to make. I use a slow cooker.

Real NAD+Lozenges: NAD+ has been dubbed by many as the “Fountain of Youth.” NAD+ is present in all living cells, and a significant body of research suggests longevity may be boosted through NAD+ supplementation. David Sinclair, the co-director at the Paul F. Glenn Center for the Biology of Aging at Harvard Medical, has stated that NAD+ is “the closest we’ve gotten to a fountain of youth.” People across the U.S. have been traveling to Southeast Louisiana to get this supplement for many years to treat everything from addiction to Alzheimer's. Watch this video and read more about NAD+ here.

Not all supplements are proven. Always read labels and do your research beforehand. Examine.com, an independent US supplement resource, is a good starting point. Try opting for capsules over oil or powder, as these are more likely to be as close to a 'food state as possible. Molded tablets often contain fillers and can be challenging to digest.

Living Libations

Satin Serenity’s Silk Pillowcase: This silk pillowcase provides anti-aging, skin, and hair benefits.

Baby Foot: Baby Foot is an innovative foot care product that will make your feet as smooth and soft as a baby’s foot. The unique formula of 17 types of natural extracts allows your feet to exfoliate naturally leaving them highly moisturized. The treatment removes unwanted dead skin cells that have built up layer after layer. So say goodbye to rough, dry, cracked soles.

Zoca Cold Day Salve: A blend of organic oils and juniper to promote circulation and repair dry, chapped skin. It’s the best hand cream without all the bad stuff.

Van Man’s Tallow and Zinc Sunblock: VanMan's sunblock uses non-nano Zinc Oxide as a mineral barrier and Tallow. Tallow contains Vitamins A, D, K, and E, all antioxidants. Antioxidants fight free radical damage. Free radicals are molecules in our bodies that become unstable and damage skin cells. An SPF equivalent of about 20, water resistant, nearly 100% absorbent, and no solid white residue. This one protects my skin without the harmful ingredients in most sunscreens.

Essential Oils

Living Libations Essential Oils: My preferred choice for essential oils is Living Libations. The oils do not contain fillers, diluters, artificial colors, or petrochemicals. My favorite essential oils from Living Libations include:
Frankincense First Friend / Illume Hotberry / llume Classic / Zest the Best. Here's a link to an article about how to know if your essential oils are top quality.

Dental Care

Rise Well Balancing Mouthwash: This mouthwash inhibits the growth of harmful bacteria and leaves your mouth healthy and fresh.

Salt Water Mouth Rinse: Kills harmful bacteria. Make a saltwater solution (16oz of spring water to 1oz of salt in a mason jar) and keep it in your bathroom. Start with a quick salt water rinse before brushing. Pour a bit of brine, swish, and spit using a shot glass. Make a large glass of salt water and leave it in your bathroom.

Tongue Scraper: Dr. Tung's Stainless Steel Tongue Cleaner removes bacteria, eliminates bad breath, and restores oral hygiene.

To use:

  1. Place cleaner on the tongue as far back as possible.

  2. Gently glide the cleaner forward, scraping off unwanted matter.

  3. Repeat 3-4 times.

  4. Rinse well.

  5. Use twice daily for best results (e.g., first thing in the morning and before bed).

Living Libations Ozonated Healthy Gum Gel: Living Libations Ozonated Healthy Gum Gel is a super-charged, botanical toothpaste, massage gel for your gums, and a zingy breath freshener.

Living Libations Happy Gum Drops Oil Swishing Serum: I use this serum for my oil-pulling routine. Oil Swishing or Oil Pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic medicinal practice used to detoxify the mouth, teeth, gums, and entire oral cavity. Oil swishing may eliminate the bacteria that cause oral issues. It is best to swish before you eat or drink first thing in the morning.

Vita-Pik Gum Syringe: This pack of two blunt-tipped syringes provides a durable and re-usable (non-electric) pen-size applicator designed to deliver salt water, tooth serums, or diluted hydrogen peroxide to the gums and in between teeth. Use the syringe to treat receding gums.

Dr. Tung’s Floss: This is the best floss. It pulls out more plaque than any other brand.

Holistic Dental Care by Nadine Artemis: A comprehensive guide to natural, do-it-yourself oral care, Holistic Dental Care introduces simple, at-home dental procedures that anyone can do.

I recommend reading Nadine’s guide to using peptides for optimal oral care.

Peptides may help in the treatment of periodontal disease.

Living Libations YouTube channel has excellent videos on holistic oral care.

This video shows how your mercury fillings constantly give off harmful toxic gasses.

Wise Traditions Podcast Ep. 331 Avoid Dental Problems With Diet: Is sugar the main culprit for dental decay and other issues? Dentist Marc DiNola suggests that a host of dental problems could be caused by nutritional deficiencies. He offers advice on what foods to eat to rectify the situation.

Caddis Blue Light Blocking Glasses: I like this design of blue light-blocking glasses to protect my eyes from screen time. Caddis lenses block 45% of harmful blue light at and surrounding, the most harmful wavelength (455 nm). This is more than other brands. The lens is nearly clear, which is hard to do. The anti-reflective coating helps to mitigate reflections and glare. The coating is designed to prevent smudging.
