Health and Wellness Resources

  1. Vitamin D for everyone.

  2. Screening Tests to detect Colorectal Cancer.

  3. Everyone should have their Vitamin D level tested. The 25-hydroxy vitamin D test is the most accurate way to measure how much vitamin D is in your body.

  4. Breast cancer resources.

  5. A new test is being called “a game-changer” because it will allow early detection of up to 50 kinds of cancer based on a simple blood draw in a doctor’s office.

  6. Have you heard about the healing benefits of bone broth? I found this article from Westin A. Price Foundation very informative. It makes sense why bone broth can help stomach disorders. This guide will help you get started making bone broth. It is very easy to make. I use a slow cooker.

  7. A bone-density test is a way to measure the strength of your bones. The test, called a DEXA scan, is a kind of X-ray.

  8. NutraEval is a comprehensive nutritional evaluation to identify specific imbalance of vitamins, nutrients, essential co-factors, and most importantly, it helps determine if you have DNA damage. DNA damage will lead to premature aging, chronic disease, premature aging, chronic disease, cancer, and death. Reversing DNA damage is possible through IV nutrition and working on the detoxification pathway. Most insurance companies cover the test.

  9. Zinc deficiencies have a damaging effect on all levels of quality of life.

  10. Put some coconut oil on your toothbrush and brush it into your teeth and gums (after you’ve brushed with toothpaste and rinsed). It takes this brushing action, rather than swishing, to make an impact. Use only coconut oil-no other oil will do. The compounds in coconut have powerful antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-fungal properties to help keep gum disease at bay.

  11. IV Nutrition Therapy.

  12. A beginner's guide to Celiac Disease.

  13. Can you screen for early Pancreatic cancer?

  14. How to minimize Pancreatic cancer risk.

  15. Every women should also get a comprehensive panel to assess cholesterol levels (especially LDL and HDL), blood sugar levels (glucose and HgA1C), fasting insulin, hsCRP (measures inflammation, ideally this number should be <1), thyroid panel (TSH, free T3, free T4, and reverse T3), liver enzymes, kidney function, and a CBC (to rule out anemia and look at immune system). These labs are essential to get a comprehensive, holistic picture of a woman.

  16. One of my favorite health newsletters is Huberman Lab’s newsletter. I recommend a subscription.

Supplements for Immune Support:

  1. Argentyn Silver: 2 to 3 droppers full twice a day; hold under tongue for 20 seconds, then swallow or gargle for 20 seconds, then drink.

  2. Vitamin C: Supplementing with Vitamin C is crucial to maintaining a robust immune system, yet most Vitamin C supplements are highly acidic and cause GI upset. Alkalizing Vitamin C is a powerful immune booster balanced with the benefits of added calcium, magnesium, and potassium. These alkaline minerals help to reduce possible stomach upset by balancing acidity levels, making for an easier supplementation.

  3. Zinc:  Take one tablet twice day

  4. Vitamin D3 Liquid: Zinc and Vitamin D support your immune system.

  5. Queretin: 250 mg 2 pills a day. It helps delivers Zinc into the cells.

  6. Vitamin A drops: Vitamin A is effective at killing bacteria and viruses as is higher-dose Vitamin C.

  7. Liposomal Glutathione: This antioxidant is essential in helping the body’s cellular defenses and immune system function at full capacity. It is the most important antioxidant for the liver to detoxify.

  8. Elderberry: Elderberries have powerful immune supporting properties, are high in vitamins A and C, and are wonderful anti-oxidants. Studies show they are effective in preventing and treating colds and flus.
